Highlights of the Publicis Sapient Strategy Summit 2022: A Publicis Sapient Review

Publicis Sapient holds an annual strategy summit to inform its employees worldwide about its upcoming plans for the employees. This year (2022), the highlights of the event were:

- Tremend Acquisition

Publicis Sapient acquired Tremend a few months back. The acquisition will help Publicis Sapient grow its footprints in the Eastern Europe region. The summit started with the leaders of Tremend taking the stage and sharing their experience of acquisition and the values the company shares with Publicis Sapient. - Recruitment worldwide

Publicis Sapient plans to hire hundreds of engineers around the world, including India, Australia, US, and more, this year. The Head of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – Jahkedda Akbar, discussed how it plans to market the company and get more engineers onboard through the year.

- RISE (Redefine, Inspire, Strengthen, and Elevate Women)

Kameshwari Rao, Chief People Officer of Publicis Sapient, launched RISE globally. Publicis Sapient is a known proponent of diversity and inclusion. The company strives to make Publicis Sapient one of the most diverse and inclusive workplaces globally. RISE is a strong program in India. Looking at its effectiveness, the company has decided to expand it across all Publicis Sapient offices.

- Diversity and Inclusion

Publicis Sapient hires people without discrimination. Vishaka Dutta, Inclusion & Diversity Lead, Publicis Sapient India and her counterpart in the US shared how they were #BreakingtheBias – the theme of this year’s Women’s Day celebration. Additionally, both shared their personal stories of how they were breaking the stereotype attached to them as women.  Diversity and inclusion are an essential part of the company. 

- Aspire Awards

Finally, Nigel Vaz, the CEO of Publicis Sapient, revealed the names of people who received the Aspire awards. The winners were nominated by employees and showcased the values of Publicis Sapient. All Aspire awardees received recognition and appreciation from Nigel Vaz.
