Women make up the majority of the workforce in Publicis Sapient. The company supports women employees in all possible ways for them to grow and become great leaders.

All groups are dedicated to supporting women, both professionally and personally.  

 

RISE – Redefine, Inspire, Support and Elevate is a new addition to the efforts of the company to support the development of its women. Publicis Sapient makes all efforts in its capacity to support women in their growth. Here are the highlights of the program:

 

- Sponsorship: Women are intentionally matched with leaders by an external sponsorship organization which specializes in sponsorship programs, to develop women in the company for future leadership opportunities.  

  

- Mentorship: A crucial part of training happens on the job. Women are tasked with projects where they can put their skills to use and expand their skillset. 

 

 - Develop new skill sets: Women are connected to new skill sets. So, they can learn advanced and in-demand skills for the company. 

  

All in all, Publicis Sapient offers a lot of opportunities for women to learn, develop and grow themselves. Similarly, the company does a lot in its capacity to enable differently-abled employees. The company has numerous projects underway to make the workplace more diverse and inclusive –and make every employee the best version of themselves by imparting necessary training and skills.
