4. Regular sessions:  Publicis Sapient organizes frequent workshop sessions to enable employees to learn about the challenges of LGBTQI+ and increase their participation in making the workplace more inclusive. 

5. Support Groups: Publicis Sapient has several support groups that enable employees from all walks of life to upskill and thrive through various sessions.
