PS Summit: What is it?

Publicis Sapient organizes several events across India offices throughout the year. 

The primary ones are XE Summit, Spring, and Java Hackathon - all these events are focused on hiring in India. However, PS Summit is a global event. It brings employees across all offices together and business leaders to address some of the pressing industry challenges. 






What's so special about PS Summit? 

The special thing about PS Summit is Aspire Awards. 

Employees across PS offices nominate people in their team, function, or anybody who they feel lives up to the company values and inspires them. This way finalists and winners of Aspire Awards get global recognition for their strong ethics. 

What should you look forward to during PS Summit?

Aspire Awards are usually announced on the 1st day of the summit. The next few days, usually two, are covered with AMAs or keynote sessions from senior company leaders. It's an excellent opportunity to ask questions pertaining to company growth, industry trends, etc. Business leaders at Publicis Sapient are experts in their industry. It's an excellent platform to know about key industry trends in depth.

What's more, Nigel Vaz, is also available along with other business leaders to answer questions anyone may have about the company. Usually, the event concludes in the first or second week of Q4 (March), the company also announces its plan for the next year.  New initiatives, career development programs, launch of a new Business Resource Group (BRG) happens during the summit. It's not just during PS Summit though, the company has an open and transparent culture, where anyone can walk up to the leaders and share their thoughts and ask relevant questions. This reflects in many other Publicis Sapient reviews as well. 

In summary, PS Summit is an event where the company recognizes employees globally and shares its plans for the coming year.
