If you think that women get any differential (good or bad) treatment in IT organizations, you have not worked in a good IT organization yet. During my career, I have met many women techies who are confident, capable and have a great career trajectory. 

Women coders have been in the limelight in recent years as organizations are actively working on balancing gender ratio in the whole organizational pyramid. The same is true about Publicis Sapient as well. In my team, we have an equal gender ratio where women hold leadership positions. Other projects may have a different scenario. 

As for career growth for women, there are no gender-specific criteria or paths. Learning curves and expectations are the same for all people irrespective of their gender and religion. Career growth paths and competencies are defined in an internal platform for different technologies such as Java, Front-end Development and Data Engineering.

So, what is different for women in Publicis Sapient? 

You may read Publicis Sapient reviews to understand the same. However, hardly anyone will mention the emotional support women get through a closed community of like-minded women. People refrain from telling these points because of the fear of social stigma.
